For more than two decades, Tracie M. Shelby has represented clients in a wide range of civil litigation and transactional matters in State and Federal Court. Since founding The Shelby Law Firm, P.C. in Dallas in 2011, she has built a practice grounded in the values instilled by her working-class upbringing in Pine Bluff, Arkansas — faith, hard work, integrity, and respect for every client.
Her career spans two federal judicial clerkships in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania — for the Honorable Petrese B. Tucker and the Honorable Clifford Scott Green — alongside leadership roles in merchant banking, and mergers & acquisitions and private equity at GE Capital, and service as general counsel in both the corporate and non-profit sectors.
